RoRo ships can also be used since boats are mostly coming

from Europe. The Ferrys from Travemunde and Rostock to Helsinki is

convenient. The RoPax ships from Travemunde take 3-500

passengers, It is convinient to drive through Denmark and Sweden

to Stockholm without ferries. The day ferries to Turku (165 km from

Helsinki) offer a nice tour through the archipelago. The night ferries

offer a good sleep with destinations both to Turku and Helsinki.

Also the Baltic route can be used and then its only 2-3 hours
